Nice sweater, some delays
I ordered a custom knit sweater for my daughter's birthday. The sweater quality was good and the embroidery looked really nice, exactly what I hoped for. However, it did take longer than their estimated production time mentioned on the site, I think it was closer to 3 weeks before it even shipped. I emailed customer service once and they got back to me pretty quickly, but it still felt like a bit of a wait. When it finally arrived, it was well-packaged. The value seems fair for a custom item, just plan for a longer delivery window.
